Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers this website (liveadaptiv.com and its subdomains) and the LiveAdaptiv web applications and digital products described here — including the Adaptiv App, Sovereign Command Center, The Kinetic Leader, Vital Sign Protocol, the Alchemist Field Guide, and related diagnostic tools. Each of these tools may collect and handle data slightly differently; where that's the case, it's noted below.

2. Information We Collect

Contact information. If you request a proposal, join a waitlist, book a session, or purchase a digital product, we collect the email address (and any name) you provide, so we can deliver what you asked for and follow up.

Diagnostic and journaling entries. Several of our tools ask reflective questions (stressors, body sensations, personal reflections). Unless a specific tool tells you otherwise, this content is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to our servers. Where a tool explicitly uses AI-generated coaching or analysis, the relevant text you enter is sent to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate a response, and is not otherwise stored by us.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your card details — Lemon Squeezy handles that in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Usage data. Some of our apps use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns. This does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to: deliver the product, protocol, or access code you purchased or requested; respond to support and enterprise inquiries; send occasional updates about tools you've used or requested (you can opt out of these at any time); and improve our tools.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate: Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), an email delivery provider (sending purchase confirmations and requested updates), Google Gemini (powering AI-assisted coaching features in select apps), and Vercel Analytics (aggregate, non-identifying usage data). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing that specific service to us.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing alex@liveadaptiv.com. For diagnostic or journaling entries stored only in your own browser, you can clear them yourself using the "Reset" option available in most of our tools, or by clearing your browser's local storage for that site.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our tools evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
